Maybe 4 days was too short, it was like a blink of an eye, but it worth the days. We travelled for almost 8 hours, Manila- Ilocos Sur, it was tiring yet so excited. As we arrived at the terminal, on the 31 st of April, my Aunt, Uncle and cousins were the ones who accompanied us. Right after that, my Uncle drove and stop in the mini cafeteria. We tasted the mouthwatering authentic food that the Ilocano’s are proud of like Pinakbet, Liempo, Fried TIlapia and most especially my favorite the empanda and chichacorn for desert.
